Mr. Patel has more than fifteen years of sales and marketing experience to the position, drawing from his latest global experience at Ericsson, where he has served as vice president of marketing of the Americas and Global marketing director. He has also held various top management positions within Advertising, Media and Consumer Intelligence Mr. Patel has conducted post graduate studies at Columbia Business School 2006 and has an MBA from San Diego National University.

Joacim Boivie, Founder & CTO

Mr Boivie has 11 years of professional experience in the industry. Prior to founding Mobispine in 2004, Mr. Boivie founded a leading web site for apartment swapping in Sweden (bytalya.com) that was later sold to Orkla Media A/S. During 2000-2004, Mr Boivie also provided (as a consultant) expertise in his two fields of knowledge; stock exchange systems (clients such as OMX Group and NASD) and several mobile technology companies.

Joakim Hilj, Founder & CMO

Has 11 years of business experience from the IT- and Telecoms Industry. Prior to Mobispine, Mr. Hilj spent five years as responsible for building up the Nordic region's largest IT-consultant broker eWork Scandinavia AB from zero to an estimated revenue of 65MUSD. Within this organization he was responsible for all sales and business development activities for the Nordic market. Previously Mr. Hilj worked for Sweden's incumbent carrier Telia in different positions among which as Project Manger and Business Manager in different business areas. Mr Hilj holds two degrees: one Master of Science degree from the Royal Institute of Technology and one Bachelors degree of Finance from Stockholm University.

Magnus Bergman, Chairman of the Board

Magnus co-founded Parallel Consulting Group in 1992 a company that became one of the early internet consulting firms. As CEO for this company Magnus upheld an annual turnover and profit growth of 120% from 1994 to 1999 and reached 150 consultants by the time of sales to Icon Medialab International in September 1999. After this Magnus became the COO Europe of Icon Medialab International with responsibility for 1200 employees. Magnus took part in opening several new operations, including Spain and Portugal and generated the companys first positive quarter in Q2 2000. In mid 2000 Magnus moved to the positions as COO for Icon Medialab Asia Ltd, where he was member of the founding team (Today Boathouse Lydian investments). In 2001 Magnus was also a member of the board of Icon Medialab. Today Magnus is Co-founder of CrossConnect Network Group, a technology strategy consulting company, founded in 2002. Magnus is also member of the Business Angel network at STING. Magnus has a Master of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Physics from Institute Nationale Polytechnique in Toulouse, France. Magnus has detailed knowledge within several emerging technology areas, such as general computer architecture, IP Television, Mobility, Computer Security, Payment systems, etc.

Martin Gemvik, Board Member

Martin founded 1983 one of the first VC-financed startups in Sweden; Linc Computer Systems with major investor Kinnevik and Jan Stenbeck. During the years as a vc-manager Martin has supported and coached a large number of entrepreneurs in Sweden. From 1994-2000, Martin and his partners at Förtetagsbyggarna, raised nearly 500 MSEK in venture capital for their portfolio companies, as well as participated in several IPOs, including one at Nasdaq.
