Information with regard to the processing of personal data

This text contains important information, please read it carefully. Our intention is to provide you with information with regard to how Mobispine AB, 556666-6466, Alsnögatan 3, SE-116 41 Stockholm, Sweden (“Mobispine”) will process personal data. Mobispine is the controller of personal data and the processing will be carried out in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (1998:204).

Personal data, such as your name, address, e-mail address and cell phone number, may be collected in different situations. Either you voluntarily provide Mobispine with such personal data in order for Mobispine to be able to offer a variety of personally adjusted services to you, or, you will be asked to provide such personal data in connection with signing up as a user for Mobispine services. Mobispine will further register user patterns in order to improve and personalise the ser-vice. The required information is evident from the subscription form to be used. Accordingly, personal data is collected in order for Mobispine to provide a specific service.

Anonymous data, such as the number of visitors a particular part of the web site mobispine.com has had during a day, is automatically collected in order for Mobispine to improve the web site. Further, Mobispine will compile anonymous data regarding the RSS-feeds, such as information regarding how many of the users of Mobispine’s services has opened a specific update sent thru a feed. Information relating to the RSS-feed will only be compiled as “group information” and thus be ano-nymized.

Mobispine may use the information received from you in order to offer you other services that we think may interest you. However, you may choose not to receive such information when signing up as a user for Mobispine services or later by informing Mobispine in writing that you do not wish to receive such information. The most convenient way to do this is to send an e-mail to info@mobispine.com.

The information received will only be used for the purposes stated above. The information may be forwarded to third parties both within and outside the EU to be used for the same purposes. We will correct the information if it is out of date or incorrect in any other way. Additionally, once a year you may be able to receive, following a written request to Mobispine, information with regard to which personal data of yours that have been processed by Mobispine.

If Mobispine decide to change the way personal data is collected and processed, any such changes will be posted here.
